Poddy training problem! ?

I have a 5 month old puppy who keeps using it inside. She was out for 11 hours today and as soon as she came in she used it. Ive tried rubbing her nose in it and spatting her then puttin her out and i always praise her for going outside. Ive been told if she keeps it up she has to go and i love her too much to get rid of her. PLEASE HELP ME!!
