I want this girl soo bad, i just dont think i have a chance. any ideas?

so i go to a big school and theres this huge group of popular kids which i really don;t like because they are sooooooooooooooo boring. they consider hanging out and having fun, going to mcdonalds, and sitting there and talking for 2+ hours. so i definately never want anything with them. but theres this one girl in that group and shes absolutely beautiful and i really want to somehow get cool with her first before i start to make moves. she might be in one of my classes this year, she wasnt last year, but any ideas if she's not in any of my classes. and also dont tell me to walk up to her and say whats up because i hate doing that and it alwasy starts an awkward conversation. so if any ideas tell me plzzzz!!! oh and also she live somewhere around my house but idk wheeerrrre!! so yeah just puttin that out there. ok thankyou
