On xbox 360 lips can you get the songs off both the game discs on to the hard drive?

I have both lips party classics and normal lips game for my xbox 360 and i am having a birthday party this weekend. i was wondering if there was a way of puttin all of the songs on the game discs on to the xbox hardrive so i dont have to keep swapping discs when i wanna change to a song on the other disc?
