I'm like emo and I need job ideas, Help maybe?

So i'm 14.... I know that's young to get a job and i'm not really gettin one anythime soon prob... But I know i'll still be emo lookin when i'm 15 and 16, it's just me... And I know a lot of employers don't like the whole look :/ But I really am smart, like top of the class and school smart... But since I get into a lot of trouble in school cause the principals judge me and don't like meh... My grades dropped so it'd look stereotypical of me ya know :/... They prob think i'm dumb and look at my grades which say im not totally smart idk :/ But also my hair is a concern cause like the only place that i know lets you wear your hair emo style is Hot Topic and I don't think I have a good chance to work there :/ I really hate puttin my hair in a ponytail and it's EXTREMELY unattractive! I hate clippin it to the sides with like hair clips and crap... But I really wanted to know where I could work that would let me keep my hair how I want it cause i'm really not willing to cut my hair or ponytail it anytime soon... It just makes me feel uncomfortable and it makes me wanna be alone in a corner where no one can see me cause i'm self concious... :/... But i'm a very fun person! :D And lot's of people love meh... My principal says I have great people skills cause even he noticed and said that almost everyone in my school looks up to me! So I know I have that... But any help appreciated thx :) No haters hatin on emo's if so teh get a life!
