I've never been in a relationship..need advice?

So im 19 and i've never actually been in a real relationship with a girl..(please don't make rude comments its not like im proud of it >_>) anyway i just always sucked at getting into relationships and if a girl did want to get into a relationship i would always tell her "Im not looking for a relationship right now" when i really was but it was simply because i wasn't into that girl or wanted a relationship with her. Is there something i can do..im starting to have highly sexual dreams that i believe or due to lack of female contact and i masturbate so much now. I just don't know what to do because i have hardly any friends and no female ones and there are no girls my age at my job or any that i am attracted too. I also not a very social person and don't like to go out much..and don't suggest internet dating im only 19 and i would prefer a different method if possible..i don't have anything against internet dating but i still feel like i haven't hit "Rock Bottom" yet.
