Nearly 14 and sometimes get spanked, can I refuse it when I get it?

What that's wrong and its not ok and its abuse and they can get in alot of trouble for its id tell me school councilors bout it and they will call ur parents in and have a talk with them I did that my mom did that to me with hangers mental spoons I finally riped it out of her hands and said if u f in hit me again I will lay u out im done with this sh.t she was shocked and never did it again my husband did it to wen he was getting hit with a wooden spoon no one has a right to hurt u my mom died and I skipped her funeral to party and celebrate her death I was sooooooo happy I never had to see her or deal with her again and my whole family will never see my kids cause there all like that they beat there kids I would never do that to mine .......i say no and do time outs to my son he's two Taking something away works better then hitting hitting isn't going to teach u anything but how to beat ur one day wife or kids it wrong and they need to stop and it sounds like they enjoy hurting u and that's weird ask next time they do that is this turning u on hurting me or looking at my legs do that they will defiantly stop then....
