I'm 14 I just started gaining weight?

I'm 14 and I just started gaining weight last week I masturbated and a tiny bit on clear sticky stuff came out. Is that a sign of puberty I havent had a growth spurt my testicles or penis hasnt started growing? When will my testicles start growing
