Lot's of questions about masturbation!!! Please help!?

Ok so I just asked a question about why I feel bad/dirty when I masturbate and someone told me to talk to someone about it. Ok so how can I talk to my guy friend about this? I want to ask him if he masturbates, but I don't want to make me sound weird or make him be uncomfortable. I found out that the reason I feel like that is because I don't know if other guys do it I know they do it but I need them to tell! So how can I ask my boy cousin or my guy friend if they masturbate, without making them feel wierd? Please help me asap!!!!
