My face is soo dry its flaky help!!?

that same thing used to happen to me but it wasnt alwasy dry ,like sometimes i see it soft and moist and another day i see it really dry even if i wear foundation it used to not help at all ! so i went to thedoctor and took a bloodtest and it was all cuz my blood rate was too low it was a 9 so yea u should go to the doctor and have it checked
