I look really bad when i smoke weed?

after i smoke weed with my friends, we all obviously look high. but my friends pointed out that i look the worst when i smoke, meaning my eyes are halfway shut and really red. why does this happen? also i don't want to the f*ggot puttin in eyedrops after he smokes
