Falsely being accused of domestic violence?

If you can prove that shes doing it for spite you have a case. its coincidental that she did that right before her bday....listen you have a job im sure...if youhave no criminal history then explain your case. tell them your not looking to be spiteful back but your daughter is most important thing and that if she isnt in your life that it makes life hell. the judge cant rule on or make judgements on domestic violence case unless its been tried cause ur innocent til proven guilty. so go in there ready to battle
