Does oat grass need a lot of light?

im puttin a pot of oat grass in my rabbits cage so it has some greens to munch on.the cage is two story and in a corner so the grass wouldnt get much light.should i take the grass outside everyday to get some light or will it be fine if i just leave it in the cage?
